Writing Strategies:

1. Deliberation [dəˌlibəˈrāSH(ə)n]

Part of speech: Noun

Indonesian: Pertimbangan

Definition: long and careful consideration or discussion.

e.g: “after much deliberation we arrived at a compromise”

Synonyms: Consideration, judgment, reasoning.

 

2. Prerequisite [prēˈrekwəzət]

Part of speech: noun

Indonesian: prasyarat

Defintion: a thing that is required as a prior condition for something else to happen or exist.

e.g: sponsorship is not a prerequisite for any of our courses

Synonyms: requirement, essential, condition, qualification, oligation.

3. Succint [sə(k)ˈsiNG(k)t]

Part of speech: adjective

Indonesian: ringkas

Definition: (especially of something written or spoken) briefly and clearly expressed

e.g: use short and succinct sentences

Synonyms: short, brief, summary, to the point.

 

4. Wisdom = [ˈwizdəm]

Part of speech: noun

Indonesian: Kebijaksanaan

Definition:the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise.

e.g: “listen to his words of wisdom”

Synonyms: Policy, discretion, prudence.

Reading their articles and power point.

2.  Writing:

Make some notes for the important points.

3.  Revising:

Do a self-assessing and peer feedback.

4.  Proofreading:

Re-check the grammar.

5.  Publishing:

Post it on my blog.
